There is a lovely view from the bedroom window and a great spot to watch sunset. I (Rua) own the property and I live in the other part of the apartment. I’m looking for a tenant who is clean & respectful. The property would possibly suit a student as the 47 bus goes from right outside the block to UCD and then into the city centre. The green line Luas is also a 15 minute walk away. Local amenities include: - The Glencairn Green Line Luas Stop is about 15 minutes walk away & runs through Dundrum, Ranelagh & into the City Centre before continuing on past TU Dublin Granegorman campus. - The 47 Bus goes from right outside the apartment & services Stillorgan, UCD, Sandymount, Ringsend & the City Centre - There is a ‘Fresh’ supermarket 2 minutes walk away in Belarmine - There is a lovely Indian restaurant called ‘Rasa’ 2 minutes walk away in Belarmine - Fernhill Park, forest walk & running track is a 5 minute walk away - There are 3 very nice local pubs that do food, all a 10 - 20 minute walk away in various directions, including the famous ‘Blue Light’ pub - Dundrum Shopping Centre is a 12 min cycle / drive away or about 30 mins total if walking to the Luas. There is no designated parking space but there are some options.
