Description
We are 2 males and 1 female in our late 20s/early 30s and looking for another roommate to share the house. We are looking for a friendly and easy-going housemate. The house is very social with the current roommates typically watching sports together and going to the local pub on the weekends. The house offers a comfortable and convenient living experience, located close to several bus routes that go to the city centre, shops, gym etc in walking distance. Please note there is only limited on-street permit parking available. One month's deposit is required. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.
