House is only a short walk from main bus stops which have routes that go into the heart of the city and to areas such as Rathmines, Ballsbridge, and Rathfarnham. There's a Dunnes Stores and Butchers within walking distance, and a Supervalu, Lidl, and Aldi within a 5 minute drive. There's also a Flyefit and BD Gym a 5 - 10 minute walk from the house. The bedroom is a very good size with a double bed, plenty of storage and lots of light. Current residents are 2 professionals, 1 male and 1 female. Fairly laid back and easy going. Bills tend to come to around €100-125 per person per month (gas, electricity, broadband, and bins).
