Hi I am looking for a tenant for a front facing double room in Mulhuddart. House will be shared with myself (owner) and one other tenant Person from native English speaking country preferred (Ireland UK North America Australia etc). Will also consider Sth American. House and area features - double room. Bathroom with bath and electric shower. Spacious back and front garden. Gas central heating, Sky TV and Internet. Kitchen with all usual appliances, large freezer. - transport. 7 minute walk from 39/39A bus route to town. 39A now runs 24 hours, after midnight every half hour, very handy for nights out or if you work nightshifts. 38/38A to town is a 10 minute walk away in opposite direction. 220 circular northside bus 5 minute walk away. Blanch shopping centre nearby has numerous other routes (37, N4 and more) - car parking on street within sight of bedroom window. 90 second drive to N3 Blanch bypass inbound - shops and amenities: Aldi 5 minute walk, Lidl 15. Dunnes in Blanch shopping centre short drive away, as is Supervalu Tyrellstown. 2 minute walk to Mulhuddart Village- Spar, Circle K, Chinese, chipper, kebab shop, and a gym I dont smoke, I am open to smokers enquiring but smoking only outside, and strictly forbidden inside bedroom for safety reasons.
