Hi everyone, We have a room for rent in our 3 bedroom apartment, with double bed, wardrobe, desk space, and bathroom shared with one other person. The house is located on Shelbourne road in Ballsbridge, with cafes, pubs, restaurants just outside. Its well connected with buses and the Dart station is a 5 minute walk away. The house is shared with 2 people in their 30s, working full time as a journalist and program manager. We have our own routines but we like to talk and have tea together in the evenings. It’s not a party house and we’re relatively quiet at the weekends. Move in date is 1 December but flexible. Bills include internet and electricity.
