Bright, spacious double room available in a modern apartment in the heart of Ballsbridge. The room is €920 per month, excluding bills, and the apartment is in a great location just a short walk from Avoca, Tesco, the DART, and several bus routes including the 4. You'll be sharing with two friendly guys in their early/mid-30s. One works in tech and the other is a journalist. We're pretty easy-going and enjoy a chat, but it's not a party house we're looking for someone who's respectful, tidy, and happy to help keep the place a nice home.
