40 Lissaniska, Lahinch Road, Ennis, Co. Clare

My home is a small, bright , airy ,semi d terraced house in a quiet ,friendly housing estate with a stunning river view and a large common green area. It's a 10/15 min walk into Ennis town, a 10 min drive to the Galway/Limerick motorway and a 10/15 min walk to Lee's Road Amenity Park ,the local swimming pool ,library ,shops etc. It is also close to Ennis Hospital . A double on suite bedroom is available for rent, Sun -Thurs nights inclusive(5 nights only).( The room will not be used by anyone else at weekends! ) I know this arrangement won't suit everyone. I have close neighbours so I'm looking for a tenant that is quiet, respectful and tidy. The house is owner occupied. (The on suite room is not in a separate apartment!) TV Licence, broadband & bins are included . Electricity shared . It's a non smoking house. 320 euro deposit please . At least 1 reference if possible .
