3 bedroom house close to airport , kilbarrack Dart startion is at the end of the road , Tesco, Dunne stores , close to the coast , three buses very close to the house the H1 that goes to the city centre and the N4 and N6 bus that goes past D.C.U and to blanchardstown. The house is in a quiet area. The reason for only female renter is that my 15 year old daughter stays with me a couple of nights a week and I would feel safer with it being a female to rent my room to and someone age wise between 30 and 40. I'm an easy going guy who's out of the house most of the time. Its a clean well kept and a quiet home ive previously rented the room to a Polish girl for the last 3 yrs with no issue. It would suit me to get someone sunday evening to friday morning like a student who goes home at the wkd which the rate would be 650 monthly and 100 for bills If its a full time tenant the rate is 750 for the room and 100 bills it will be a 6 month trial period to make sure we are comfortable living in the same property as a precaution.
