HI Our house share has 3 friendly occupants: Raphael (Portuguese), Martin (Irish) and Maria (Argentina) and we are looking for another friendly, clean, tidy, environmentally friendly and sociable house share mate. The Single room is located on the second floor of the house and not directly overlooked and consists of a Single bed, 2 sliding door wardrobe with large storage area, and a study desk with swivel chair. Our house share is centrally located on Merton Drive, Ranelagh and close to: A. Green Luas tram line (Beachwood or Cowper (5 min walk) plus 9 Min journey to St Stephen Green city centre stop. B. Dublin bus stops (4 Min walk) (11, 11A, 13B, 18, 48A, 86). C. Airport BUS air coach (10 Min walk) D. Dublin Bike station (15 Min walk) E. DART rail to Howth / Bray to air the brain (20 Min walk) F. City universities such as UCD (15-20 min walk ) Trinity College (30 min walk) G. Banks (7 min walk ) H. City centre (25 min walk ) We are also within walking distance to a wide range of most valuable and enjoyable amenities, restaurants, bars, shops are in the immediate area and within easy walking distance e.g., 5 min walk to relaxing Ranelagh village. with local food shops( Lidl, Aldi, Dunne stores, Tesco, Mortons, Donnybrook fair), restaurants and amenity centers (gym, Swan swimming pool/gym/ sauna, libraries, hotels, health centre, tennis courts, Omniplex cinemas, relaxing and safe community parks e.g. Herbert park in Ballsbridge, and other attractions). We also have a landline telephone and wireless Internet. Time available and permitting we organise dinners & other events together from time to time.
