I am looking for someone respectful, clean and tidy, a non smoker, no parties and someone who doesn't mind dogs. Rent would be €850 pm including WiFi and bins, electricity and gas are not included and are billed bi monthly. Lidl is a 2 minute walk, 15mins walk to train st, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Lovely location, 10 mins drive to Skerries, Loughshinny, Donabate and Rush beaches. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.
