There is free parking outside the house. We are 10km/15minute car drive from Gorey town and 4km/7minute drive from Courttown. If you are not driving, the 389 local link bus stops just outside the estate and is about 2 minute walk. The Hosts and the House We are an easygoing couple in late 30s/early 40s and have a 2.5 year old toddler. The family bedroom and home office are downstairs, with the livingroom largely also doubling as play area. The room for rent is an upstairs ensuite double bedroom, offering plenty of privacy. The bed has a new and comfortable mattress. Blackout curtains/blinds will be installed prior to you moving in. Depending on your needs, a wardrobe can be provided.
