We have one fully furnished room available to rent in a comfortable, clean, and well-kept home. The room is nicely decorated and includes a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The household currently consists of myself, my wife, and our adult son; there are no young children. This is a non-smoking home, however smoking is permitted outside in the garden. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with excellent transport links nearby, including bus routes, the Luas, and train services. All bills are included in the rent.
