Room comes with a large shared bathroom (shared with myself), featuring a bathtub as well as the standard shower. There is also a downstairs basic toilet in the downstairs hallway. The kitchen itself is large, features a new dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ample cooking space and plenty of storage for food. There is also a reasonably sized balcony/patio outside if the kitchen. It faces west as well so its perfect for catching evening sunshine The house also has a large, spacious living room with bookshelf and TV set. Also a reasonable storage space underneath the stairs. Plenty of outdoor parking, and an underground sheltered space for bikes etc. Situated right inbetween both UCC and MTU. 10 minute drive to Cork City Centre. 10 minute cycle to Cork City Centre. 30 minute walk to Cork City Centre. 5 minute walk to bus stops for the 220, 205, 208. Also a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Lee Fields The house is also exceptionally warm and comfortable suring the winter times, so heating bills are quite low.
