Greetings, Our family home is at South Circular Road, Kilmainham Dublin 8. We are parents with a teenage daughter. We have one ensuite room available for short term rental from 1 September to 31 January. Rental Price: Euro 1200 per month. No money in advance up front. In person on moving in. Room Detail: The house and room has been renovated and is as new. Room size, 20 sqm, south facing, with front and back dormer windows and bathroom ensuite. Single bed, Desk, Wardrobe, WiFi of course, etc Food: Tenents will be expected to self-cater and have access to all appliances and relevant shelf space. Transport: Beside Rialto Luas Tram and Bus route 123, 68, 68A, S2. Note: Our preference is for female international students. Rules: No Smoking. Respect house rules.
