We bought and fully renovated the house, and we're looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate of the home. The bedroom includes a wardrobe which isn't seen in the photos. Location * 5-minute walk to Bayside DART station * Approximately 20 minutes to Dublin city centre via the DART * Excellent access to Dublin city centre and surrounding areas Fixed-term arrangement: This room is available for a fixed 9-month period only, from 1 October 2026 until 30 June 2027. The agreed arrangement will end on 30 June 2027, and the room must be vacated and returned to the owners at the end of the agreed term. There is no automatic continuation beyond this date unless a new arrangement is expressly agreed in writing by both parties. The monthly payment is €900, payable monthly in advance. This includes the agreed household bills and Wi-Fi. A €900 deposit is payable at the start of the arrangement and will be subject to the terms of the written agreement. A written owner-occupier room licence agreement will be provided before the arrangement begins.
