This is the only viewing time we’ve got, so we apologize if it’s tricky to make it work. The house is move-in ready today! If you need a place by tomorrow or are cool with starting rent from tomorrow to secure it, you’ll definitely want to come see it. The room is a cosy single with a comfy double bed and your own controllable heater to keep things just right. The house has two bathrooms, both with instant power showers, toilets, and sinks, so you’ll always have hot water whenever you need it. Bills are super affordable at about €15 per week, covering electricity, broadband, waste, and professional cleaning of the whole house every two weeks. Each room has its own electricity meter, so you only pay for what you use—nice and fair! The house is a calm, quiet spot, perfect for relaxing in one of Dublin’s best locations. If you’re a music lover who likes to crank up the volume all the time, this is not for you. Since it’s a shared space, we don’t allow guest visits to keep things peaceful for everyone.
