House is a 3 bed, semi-detached, in a quiet suburb just myself living in it. I work Mon-Fri, but happy to share with shift worker or similar. Estate is located beside bus route into town, and walking distance to Aldi for groceries. Cycling time to Waterford town centre is approx 8 minutes. Tenant will have access to own private bathroom with bath and electric shower (not ensuite). Bedroom has a desk, and wardrobe. Also have an attic if storage space is required. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a single chamber oven, induction stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and espresso machine, as well as other small appliances such as a blender, stand mixer and slow cooker. Shouldn't need to bring anything to the kitchen, but there is space if you would want to add something I don't already have.
