An attic room is offered in a family home; note the room is accessed by stairs. A female, non-smoker is preferred. Non-smoker is a requirement. I am looking for a housemate who is a quiet, tidy, respectful, and responsible person. The room is rented at €500 per month; short and long stays are welcome. A one-month notice period applies to both sides. Your deposit will be returned in full at the end of the stay, subject to the room being left in good condition. Utility bills are not included. Sensible use of energy, heating and active recycling is expected. The kitchen, main shower and washing machine are available for normal daytime and early-evening use; The home is quiet after 8pm. Household items are either provided individually or costs are shared fairly. To respect other people’s peace and quiet, please take mobile phone calls downstairs or outside where they do not disturb others, and keep phones on silent or vibrate mode.
