I am looking to replace myself for the one bedroom in a shared house with one other working Hungarian male in his late 20s living here. You will be joining the tenancy lease here. I can also arrange to leave a stand/sitting desk should one wants to work from their own space of course. There there 24,77 buses 5 minutes away, a 150 bus stop across the road and plenty of little neighbourhood shops a stone’s throw away. Dunnes Stores is the nearest supermarket. The rent is €1200 p/month + bills (approx. € 45 p/m), the deposit is a month’s rent. This is a legal contract name replacement as they will be taking the room from me and will be living with the other tenant.
