68 Mount Suir, Gracedieu, Waterford, Gracedieu, Co. Waterford

Our home is conveniently located in Gracedieu, Waterford. It is a ground-floor apartment in a cul-de-sac of a duplex housing estate. We are only accepting applications from women, thank you. The price includes all utilities: internet, bins, electricity, and heating. The room is available from now until June. There is free communal parking, and a Waterford #4 bus stop just a two-minute walk from the apartment. The #4 bus runs every half hour directly to SETU, a 15-minute journey. If you hop on the bus going the other direction, you’ll be downtown in 15 minutes. The room contains a single bed, nightstand, large sit-stand desk, an office chair, and a large wardrobe for storage. There is access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area. The home is shared with me, Eva, throughout the week, and my husband when he is back from studying in Belfast (typically from Thursday to Sunday). I work online from home. We are in our late 30s, enjoy the outdoors, and met while travelling in Peru in 2020. No smoking or vaping, and no pets (sorry!). We look forward to welcoming a housemate to our cosy apartment! Please share a little about yourself in your request.
