House has new electrics, new gas combi boiler heating system, new bathroom, same for kitchen and living room and all appliances. Bedroom itself is newly painted, with new carpet, windows, furnishings etc. Also has a TV with Chromecast. There’s one chest of drawers and small bedside table in the room currently, but I’m in the process of getting a suitable wardrobe. House is owner occupied - you’ll be sharing with myself , a 41 year old Irish fella. I’m looking for someone tidy, friendly and who appreciates the quiet life! This would best suit someone who doesn’t work from home. There’s one shared bathroom in the house, and one off-street car parking space but ample on-street parking available. Open plan living room/kitchen, and large back garden. Side passageway also if you ‘re storing/using bicycle. 15 min walk to Luas red line, 5 min to bus and nearby parks, 10 mins walk to Tallaght Village. No pets, or smokers please, and no overnight guests/parties. One month deposit and one month rent on move in date.
