This large spacious King bedroom occupies the entire 3rd floor of a large detached house. Previously served as a guest room so fairly new modern furniture. King bed, sheets and bedding included, hardwood flooring, large TV, and modern decor. Short hallway with wardrobes and large mirrors (serving as a dressing area), leading to a shower room, with white and grey modern fittings. Looking for 2 single females, preferably friends or sisters, to stay in this floor, for 500 Euro a week. If one occupant is happy to stay here for this amount that's also fine. Looking for a super quiet, clean, non smoker. With no alcohol and no pets allowed. Also the house is occupied entirely by female professionals so unfortunately no males or male visitors allowed. It's a large space, and you will have access to the kitchen which is fully equipped, downstairs toilet, 2x sitting rooms with smart TV's, garden and car parking. less than 5 min walk to bus stop 39/39A, local grocery store Dunnes, pharmacy, hair salon, butchers, bakery, pub etc just 7 mins walk. 39/39A bus to Blanchardstown Shopping centre 15 mins. and to city centre 50 mins.
