The house is situated in a quiet, safe, and very pleasant residential area, with private parking available. Just outside the estate is the seafront, perfect for walks and fresh air. The location is extremely convenient — DART and bus stops are within walking distance, making it easy to commute to the city centre. Requirements: • No visitors or guests allowed • One month’s rent + one month’s deposit • Available to move in from the end of February • No smoking and no pets There are three supermarkets and two shopping centres nearby, all within easy reach, making daily life very convenient. The house has a great atmosphere and is currently shared by three friendly and respectful housemates.
