Rent includes all bills (internet, bins, heating/electricity), so there are no hidden costs. You’ll be sharing with two other lads who are friendly and also on flexible schedules, so we completely understand the need for a quiet, respectful environment to rest and unwind. The Setup: This accommodation is specifically set up for someone who splits their time between locations and only needs a base in Cork for roughly 4 days/nights a week (ideal for a commuter or student). Because it’s a part-time arrangement, the price is kept low and all-inclusive at €130/week. You will have exclusive use of the room and a key to lock up. A deposit of €600 is required.
