This is a lovely, well kept, clean house in a quiet area. It's just ten minutes walk to Dundrum Luas and shopping centre. There are 3 others living in the house (3 guys) but it is a very quiet house. If u are looking for a busy, party house this is not the house for you. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed house where everybody does their own thing, this is perfect. Everyone very easy going. This house does have two little cats on the premises that live at the end of the garden in the cat house. They do not live in the main house but will come up to the window/door to say hello. For this reason it may not suit somebody who dislikes or is afraid of cats. The upstairs room is small but is very cosy and has lots of built in storage. So may suit somebody for a more short term basis or that doesn't have a huge amount of stuff. The other single room is a downstairs room, is slightly bigger and has ample storage also.
