My house is only a 5 minute walk from UHW . The house is on a quiet mature estate. It's a semi detached house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a big south facing garden . You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. All bills are included even such things as household essentials like toilet paper, washing detergent etc so after the rent is paid you are basically paying just for food. I also service the room once a week and change the bed linen every fortnight. All the common areas like bathroom are also cleaned by me. I also supply towels.
