Bright, spacious single room in a three bedroom, fully detached house. We live in a lovely, residential neigbourhood on Kilmacud Road Upper. Buses run directly in front of the estate, and we're a 10 minute walk to the Luas. There is also on street parking. We have gas, electrict, bins and wifi - all bills are split equally. All mod cons etc. Our house is bright, warm and spacious and we have a lovely back garden that gets the sun most of the day. We have a very quite house. This is absolutely not a party house, and we are looking for someone who will respect that. We want a who will tidy up after themselves and generally wants a chill house, particularly during the week when we are working. We get on very well in the house, and are looking for someone who wants the same as ourselves, a quite, clean house.
