Our house is in a very convenient and good area, close to a host of amenities. The Dart station is an approx. 3 minute walk (and approx a 15 minute journey to the city centre), there a number of bus routes around the corner and a number and wide selection of shops including a short walk to a local supermarket. The beautiful park of St. Anne's and Dollymount Strand are within striking distance and Burrow Beach and Howth Head are not too far away. Then house has had some recent renovation work down and it comprises of a open layout downstairs with large kitchen, dining and lounge area. The room is spacious with a large bed, plenty of wardrobe space and is East facing. Renting out is for 2-3 months ideally. Bills are included.
