House has eat-in kitchen with 2 refrigerators, under-counter freezer, ceramic hob (cooker) with oven/grill, digital radio for all global stations, coffee-maker & coffee-grinder, microwave, toaster, water-purifier fitted to kitchen sink. There is a washing machine and a dryer. House has TV room with Sky cable TV & Netflix, and a record-player with many vintage LPs. There is maximum speed wifi throughout the house.
