A spacious double bedroom is becoming available in our bright, welcoming house in Raheny. It’s a quiet residential area, and we’re only a 4-minute walk from the Raheny DART station, so you can be in the city centre in under 15 minutes — ideal for commuters. The house has a large kitchen and living room, lots of natural light, and a beautiful garden that’s great for relaxing or having a coffee on weekends. You’d be sharing the home with three lovely young working professional women in their late 20s, working in the arts and healthcare fields. It’s a friendly, open-minded household, and we value a calm, respectful, and easygoing atmosphere. Move-in date preferably on December 10th, with a little flexibility on either side.
