Double Room in a lovely spacious house with one other tenant. Bills Not included in the price. Hillview Estate is a lovely and friendly estate and is close to many amenities. 15 minute walk to Dundrum Town Centre. Two Minute walk to bus services to town and a 20 minutes walk to the closest Luas stop. Marlay park also only a 15 minute walk away. You will be sharing with on male in his 30s and a female in her late 20s. You will be sharing the living room but have full access to Sky with all the channels. Kitchen is also shared but it generally works that we don’t cross paths too often and you’ll have your own space :) Looking for someone likeminded, easygoing, clean, tidy and friendly housemate to join me in my home.
