Single room available in a well-kept, modernised home in Eagle Valley, Wilton. You’ll be sharing with three males. I am the owner-occupier. We are all in our twenties, originally from the locality, and have been friends for years, so there is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for someone of a similar dynamic who is clean, tidy easy going and respectful. The house is in a fantastic location, with ample parking available by the green area opposite the house. Rent is €450 per month, one month’s deposit is required and bills (Gas, Electricity, Wifi and Bins) are shared every two months. Usually working out at less than €50 per person per month.
