House is situated opposite the spar shop on the Old cratloe road. Near the LIMERICKcollege L..I.T. Just a ten minute walk or 3minute drive. On route to the citycentre via bus 302. Every 20minutes. Bus stop is 3minutes away. Park around the corner in the estate, for walks or running. Bar across the road the country club. No smoking in the house but you can smoke in the garden. I do have a small dog she is 2years old jack russle. Very friendly and a little gaurd dog so does bark sometimes. I am the landlord I live here. It's all good as long as bills amd rent is paid and the house is kept clean and nothing gets broke. Respect the house. Bins go out every Sunday in rotation. The garden has grass and needs cutting the lawn mower is in the shed will cut in rotation. Bills and rent need to be paid when you move in as we just paid our bills for this month when you move in the next bill for the month coming will be due forward. And deposit must be paid cash in hand day of saying you will take the room. Never let the dog out front door as main road that is a rule. And cleaning in rotation. And always say your bills. It's gas and electricity here. Fridge microwave and oven and hob and dishwasher and washing machine and dryer and a clothing rail for hanging clothing outside. Also have a mop and bucket a hoover and sweeping brushes. ..will be getting camreas and alarm soon. I have sky digital and prime and netflix on the smart tv. Shared sitting room shared bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. One shower and bath. I'm growing fruit and vegetables in the garden if you lime to garden your welcome to plant. Have a small library if you like to read. If you break anything it must be fixed or replaced or paid for. Must respect the house and the dog. .thanks for your time.
