TEMPORARY ACCOMADATION ONLY! Hi all! I am subletting my room from next month so will take in urgent viewings over this weekend. It's a cozy ensuite double room where you will be sharing with 3 other flatmates who all have their own ensuite rooms. The house is located off Baggot Street and near Herbert Park as well. You have several bus stops as well as a dart station (Landsdowne Road) a stone throw away so you are super well connected. I am looking to sublet my room starting next month 1st Feb/1st week of Feb to the 14th of March so 6 weeks where the rent would be pro-rated based on the monthly rent of 1222 which includes utilities for 30 days.
