Fantastic double room available (initial three months lease) The house: I have a small double room (10sq.m) available in my house. The room is bright and spacious with plenty of storage. Other rooms in the house are kitchen/living room, front sitting room, and bathroom. The whole house has recently been refurbished has all mod cons including a really well equipped kitchen, a newly fitted bathroom, very efficient electric heating, and has a small back garden (green fingers are very welcome). East Wall is well served with buses, the LUAS, and Connolly station is about 15 minutes walk. The house is also cycle friendly. Grand Canal Dock and the IFSC are about 10 minutes walk away. Sharing: You'll be sharing with me, Tony (the owner). About you: I've no pre-conceived ideas about a housemate, but ideally someone(s) who's sociable who can hold a decent conversation. The last person living here set a very high bar for wit and erudition. The deal: Rent is €1100pm plus bills (plus €1100 deposit). Bills are electic, refuse, and the cleaner. The house is double glazed, and well insulated so the energy bills aren't too crazy. Viewing: The room is available now and viewing is ongoing until I find a suitable person.
