Bills are included in the rent. The house is in an excellent location close to Swords Village, Dublin Airport and the M1/M50. The Swords Express and Dublin Bus (41) pass by the estate regularly. Lidl and JC's Supermarket are less than a 15 minute walk away and Swords Manor, which includes Spar, a pub, take away, beauticians, hairdressers etc is a 10 minute walk away. I'm looking for a quiet and respectful professional female, who likes to keep her space clean and tidy. Non smokers only and preferably not full-time WFH. It's important to note that the house is owner occupied and there is a small child also living in the house. Therefore overnight guests and parties are a no. A deposit will be required with the first month's rent as well as references..If you would prefer this house on a Monday to Friday basis, the rent can of course be renegotiated.
