Bills and rent must be paid on time every month without exception. 1 new, fully refurbished and insulated double room with a built-in wardrobe available to move in on January 2nd in a Non-Smoking house in a quiet area in Mount Merrion away from the main road. The house is also just fully refurbished to an extremely high standard and all the furniture is brand new. There is also private parking at the front and a garden at the back. The house is located 3 minutes from the bus stop and 10 minutes’ walk away from the Kilmacud Luas stop. 20 minutes’ walk to Dundrum shopping centre and cinema. 10 min walk to Stillorgan. The city centre is about 15-20 minutes away by Luas and bus. This house would be ideal for someone who would like a comfortable place to relax. We are looking for a quiet, tidy person to share the house long term for at least 1 year and hopefully longer with a professional couple and their 2 young children. The house is also owner occupied.
