93-95 Terenure Road East, Dublin 6, Rathgar, Dublin 6

Double room available in spacious and well located apartment in the heart of Terenure. Move in date 01/11. The room is furnished so it comes with a king sized bed, a desk/chair and has an abundance of built in wardrobe space. There is a shared living/dining area and one bathroom, as well as a private balcony and shared rooftop. We have all the usual mod-cons including good WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. In terms of house dynamics, I'd love to find someone with a similar lifestyle. I work as an account manager and I'm WFH 2-3 days per week. Females early 30's are preferred but I'm not totally closed off to others. No pets are allowed unfortunately.
