Hello, You will share this house with another woman in early 30s (PhD full-time researcher at DCU, who is also a professional in film/visual arts). This announcement is open to women only. Priority will be given to those who do NOT work from home. No pets allowed (sadly), smoking: only on the patio/garden. Respectful attitude towards others and sense of humor are essential :) You will have: Single, spacious room with a large bed for your own use. Additionally, we could make available for your personal use a small office room to work / store your things. You will share: Kitchen: - narrow but functional (electric stove + oven, refrigerator) Bathroom: - with electric shower Salon: - Salon is spacious, with working fireplace and access to the patio/garden Garden: - spacious Important: -please note that you will be signing a lease with the landlord for the entire object whose price is yet shared between you and the current tenant. - Bills (electricity, gas: every two months; bins: monthly; Internet: monthly) – are not included in the rent and will be shared equally with the current tenant. The area is calm and cosy, near DCU St Patrick Campus (8 minutes by walk) and Griffith Park (5 minutes by walk), Botanic Garden (15 minutes by walk). The house is bright and lovely.
