A double room to let in a garden flat for female tenant only. Not long ago renovated kitchen, living room and bathroom come with all appliances. All windows are double-glazed. The house is right beside broombridge LUAS and train terminal, 8 minutes away from the city center by LUAS, 10-15 minutes away from city centre by bus. There are Dublin bus 120 and 122 stops which are very close to the house. There are 3 Tescos and one Lidl and one Aldi nearby. We are looking for a clean quiet female to share the apartment with one professional lady. No guest over-night stay. We used to cater for students, hence the price and no guest stay over-night policy. Landlord reference is required. Due to the expected high volume of inquiries, we will only reply to applicants who have been short-listed. Wi-Fi and all other bills are included except electricity bills.
