Double room in shared house with two girls. The room faces west and has great sunsets and privacy as it looks at the back terrace. Two girls are young working individuals, very warm and kind people, both close friends of mine. Cleanliness and respectful environment is highly valued. Racism, sexism and homophobia is strictly a no-no in the house. Subletting my room as I have unexpected change of plans with my employment permit and I need to return to my home country until I sort it out, which is at least 5-6 months of time, extension possible. I will also make sure to let the subletter know 2 months before my arrival as the current housing situation in Dublin is quite hard to navigate and I wouldn't want to put them through trouble with it.
