Public transport is excellent with Pelletstown train station 10 minutes walk away allowing easy access to the city centre (13 minutes to Connolly/Docklands). Also good access to Maynooth and stops in-between. The Luas Green Line (serving O’Connell st, Grafton st, St Stephen’s Green and southside) is available after one train stop at Broombridge. The 122 bus is at the end of the street serving the Navan road and city centre. The Royal Canal Greenway and the Phoenix Park are also nearby. Easy access to the M50 if needed. Lots of cafes/restaurants/pubs etc in the local area. One month's rent is required as a deposit.
