Double room in Mid terrace new build house. We are a couple in our 30s looking to rent our spare room to a working professional. We both work from home so we would ideally need someone who does not need to work from home. We also have a lovely small dog so need to like pets :) We are flexible with dates to move in for the right person. All bills included in Price. A Monday to Friday rent would be better but this can be also flexible for the right person. The bedroom is a double bedroom overlooking the garden and access to a large shared bathroom.
