It might possible for longer but this is not a long term property. I am a professional working full time from home. I would prefer someone that is not working remotely. Quiet and clean people only. Keeping the room clean and aired. No smoking. I would prefer someone that wont' be cooking all the time. The apartment is very quiet, the building is very secure. Located at a walking distance to main supermarkets and shops. Less than 10 minutes walking to Trinity college and Bolton college. 5 minutes walking to O' Connell street and Temple Bar. Deposit required for rent and Electricity. Bills not included. No bed sheets, duvet, pillow included. You will need to buy what you need. No guest allowed at any time. The room is for rent not the whole apartment. No storage for electric scooters There is a cat in the apartment so if you do not like cats this is not the right place for you.
