SPACIOUS DOUBLE ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM IN A QUIET, CLEAN APARTMENT IN DUN LAOGHAIRE 📍 Location: Abbot Drive, Dún Laoghaire We are two working women in our mid and late thirties, and we are looking for a female roommate who is independent, respectful, clean, and enjoys a peaceful home and preferably someone who wants to rent long term. 🧹 ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND HOW WE LIVE We are looking for someone who appreciates a calm, clean, and respectful home. Here's a little about our lifestyle: CLEANLINESS AND SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES: We all make an effort to keep the apartment clean and pleasant for everyone. We clean the kitchen immediately after cooking and eating, so it's always ready for the next person to use. For the common areas, we take turns, with each person taking responsibility for the cleaning once a month. INDEPENDENT LIVING: We generally cook separately and have our own routines, while sharing the common spaces respectfully. PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE: This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We value a calm home, keep noise to a minimum, and respect each other's privacy and personal space. MUTUAL RESPECT: We believe in being considerate, communicating openly, and making sure everyone feels comfortable in their own home. 👋 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for 1 FEMALE roommate only NO SHARING ROOM NO PET Preferably NON SMOKER (smoking strictly prohibited in the apartment) We are hoping to find someone who shares a similar lifestyle and appreciates a clean, quiet, and well-maintained living space. Ideally, someone who is independent, tidy, respectful, and happy to live in a relaxed and peaceful environment. 🛏️ ABOUT THE ROOM The room is very spacious and comes with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and two bedside tables. Please note that everything else shown in the bedroom in the pictures will be removed before you move in, leaving you with a clear space to arrange and decorate to your own taste. You will also have your own private bathroom with a bathtub, located directly opposite your bedroom door. Although the bathroom is not en-suite, it is exclusively for your use, so it won't be shared with anyone else in the apartment. 🏠 ABOUT THE APARTMENT The apartment has everything you need for comfortable everyday living, including: - A balcony - An oven and cooking hobs - A microwave - A dishwasher - A washing machine Your own dedicated space in the fridge and freezer 🏢 ABOUT THE BUILDING The building also offers: - One parking space - A small gym for residents 💶 RENT DEPOSIT AND BILLS - Rent: €944 per month - Deposit: One month's rent - Wi-Fi: €11.66 per month (Virgin) with the current contract - Electricity and water: paid separately each month, usually around €50–€80 per person per month, depending on the season (summer or winter) 📅 AVAILABILITY & APPLICATION PROCESS The room will be available from 1st November 2026. The agency will require the following documents to complete the rental application: - Proof the rent can be paid - A reference from your previous landlord might be requested Following the viewing, if you are selected, the first month's rent and the deposit will need to be paid before the keys are handed over.
