A spacious double bedroom with a private en suite bathroom is available in a lovely, clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment on Abercorn Road, Dublin 3. Location: Excellent location within walking distance of Dublin city centre, Spencer Dock Luas, and offices including Salesforce, Google, Meta, TikTok and HubSpot. Who you’ll be sharing with: You’ll be sharing with me, a friendly, sociable and easygoing person who enjoys a peaceful home, and my lovely 3 year old French Bulldog, Joy. Joy is a big part of my life, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and feels comfortable having one around the home. I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat or a coffee, but I also really value my own space, privacy and downtime. I’d love to share with someone who has a similar mindset, where we can get along naturally while respecting each other’s independence. The kind of housemate I’m looking for: Cleanliness is extremely important to me. I take good care of my home and I’m looking for someone who does the same. Ideally, someone who: * Is genuinely very clean, tidy and organised. * Cleans up after themselves, particularly in the kitchen and shared spaces. * Is happy to share household responsibilities, including weekly hoovering, taking out the bins and keeping communal areas clean. * Is considerate, respectful and mindful of noise and personal space. * Enjoys a calm, peaceful home environment. * Is responsible, independent and communicates openly if something needs to be discussed. * Genuinely likes dogs and understands that Joy lives here too. I’m not expecting us to be best friends or spend all our free time together. I simply want us both to feel comfortable, relaxed and happy in our home. This is not a party house, although having friends over occasionally is absolutely fine as long as we communicate and respect each other’s space. Rent and bills: Monthly rent: €1,500 + bills * Cleaning service: €40 per month * Internet: €20 per month * Bins: €15 per month * Gas and electricity: Shared every two months, depending on usage. Important information about the lease: Please note that adding another person to the tenancy agreement is not possible. I am the sole main leaseholder, and this arrangement will be a house share with me. If being named on the main lease is a requirement for you, unfortunately this won’t be suitable.
