Large double room with an en suite and lots of natural light available to move into the first week of January 2026. The house is currently occupied by three other females, ranging from late twenties to early thirties. We are looking for a housemate who is friendly, respectful of everyone in the house and who always clean up after themselves. Also, there is a fluffy feline in residence so liking cats is a must! The house's location is ideal, within walking distance of everything in the city centre and all major public transport services. The landlady may ask for an additional meeting with whomever the room is offered to after viewings: - Rent: €875 per month, bills not included. - Deposit: €875 - On-street parking permit required for those with a car. - Pet cat in residence. - Viewings will take place later this month.
