This is a beautiful modern minimalist home located beside Glasthule village, a few minutes from the the sea and Glasthule village. It is 7 minutes from Sandycove/Glasthule Dart station. There is a small garden at front and rear. The sea front is a 4 minute walk away and the room has a nice view. The bedroom is on its own floor and has a double bed and its own bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. We are looking for a female who is easy going, non-smoking and tidy. They also need to be a dog lover as we have a very small hypoallergenic dog. We are mother and daughter. The room is a dormer room. Bills are extra and will be split 3 ways.
