We are looking to share our house. Please let us know all about you. The room has a very comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, locker and side light, and a radiator. The house has a modern fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sitting room. The house is a 3 storey terraced home. It is really well located. Dame Street is about a 20 minute walk away. Utility bills are extra but shared between all in the house. It is 10 minutes to both the Red and the Green Luas Lines. The Lighthouse cinema, the Cobblestone Pub, Mulligans Gastro, Walshe's bar of the year 2023, and cafes, Slice. Transport options are both the Red and Green Luas lines and a significant number of buses, about 1 every 10 minutes.
