We are two females and one male in our late twenties and early thirties. We are looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy housemate to join our apartment. Not a party house. Preference is female. House is LGBT+ friendly. The room is bright and spacious and comes with its own bathroom (not shared). Rent is €765 per month and bills are paid separately (bins, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi) The apartment is situated right in Deansgrange village. The 46a bus stop is less than a three minute walk away from the front door. Lidl, SuperValu, Boots, post office and Deansgrange library are also minutes away from the door. The apartment is close to Dun Laoghaire and Blackrock and has easy access to Dublin city centre. The room is available from the 6th of October.
